Social
capital reflects the value of social networks, which is often
evaluated by internal trust and friendships among members, plus
external reputation for any individual or organization.

lot of research has confirmed the existing huge impacts of social capital on
individuals' health, organizational performance and national
development.
The World Bank as well as many well known
organizations have developed methods to measure social capital.
